Heartthrob

May 1, 2010

March 12, 2010:

Meeting my sister Ruth & brother-in-law, Kal  in the Amtrak Fort Lauderdale train station, shortly after we (M2NY & beyond…) pulled out of Miami.

James, our man & friend, is seen in the 1st scene, warning me that the first stop is 30 seconds long   & the train has been known to leave dawdlers behind. This was after I told him my sister got out of bed to greet me at the next stop.

The Music:

The Music, words & performance of the haunting composition: Maury Muehlesien :  Love Is a Passing Thing.

I totally agree with Sean. This was so beautiful, I cried, too. The expressions on your and Ruthie’s faces were filled with love and tenderness. The love we share with our siblings is never ending no matter what our ages. Maybe the older we get, the more we appreciate that love.

The statement by the train attendant saying that “train would leave without you, boy” was priceless. It added humor to a very touching situation.

    Very well done, guys!

Your older sister (my dear Aunt Ruth) makes you look more than 40 years younger . . . as if by magic. Truly hard to explain.
